Forum 4.0
In the project „Forum 4.0: Machine Analysis, Aggregation and Visualization of User Comments“, researchers at the University of Hamburg and HAW Hamburg are developing new methods to systematically evaluate the content and quality of user comments on Internet platforms and in computer science systems. Text analyses, machine learning processes involving real people and empirical software technology will help to better exploit the potential of user comments and enable constructive participation.
